Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Sageros, Inc. ("Sageros") for use of our website, dashboard, and gateway (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them. We have tried to keep them plain and fair.

1. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly at office@sageros.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

2. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service to break the law or infringe others' rights.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Do not route content through the Service that you are not permitted to process.

3. Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of your current period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. See pricing for current plans.

4. Your content and data

You own your data. You grant us only the limited rights needed to operate the Service for you. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Availability

We work hard to keep the Service reliable and publish our status. Enterprise plans may include a formal service-level agreement. Otherwise the Service is provided on an "as available" basis.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The Service helps you supervise and govern AI agents, but you remain responsible for the actions your agents take. To the extent permitted by law, Sageros is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we handle your data per the Privacy Policy.
