Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Sageros, Inc. ("Sageros", "we") collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and readable on purpose. If anything is unclear, email office@sageros.com.
1. Information we collect
- Account data - your name, work email, and company when you sign up.
- Usage data - session metadata such as counts, timing, and status, used to power your dashboard.
- Support data - messages you send us so we can help you.
By design, Sageros minimizes exposure to prompt content. When PII anonymization is enabled, sensitive fields are masked before they leave your environment.
2. How we use it
- To provide, secure, and improve the service.
- To show you analytics about your own agents.
- To communicate about your account and important changes.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use your prompt content to train models.
3. How we protect it
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. In the current cloud model your requests and provider keys pass through Sageros infrastructure, so we act as custodian. Envelope encryption of provider secrets with a customer-controlled master key is on our roadmap, not yet in place. Access is restricted on a least-privilege basis. 4. Data retention
You control how long sessions and cache entries are stored. When you delete your account, we remove your data within 30 days, except where we are legally required to keep it.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these, email office@sageros.com and we will respond within 30 days.
6. International transfers
Region pinning of data residency and EU-data egress blocking are planned capabilities, not available yet. Where data is transferred internationally today, we keep stored data minimal while the product is in early access.
7. Changes
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date above and, for significant changes, notify you by email.
